Modern and spacious industrial style loft with bonus private bedroom and a large chef's kitchen. Open floor plan with a king size bed and a lounge area with large comfortable sofa in front of the TV. The chef's kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining: spacious refrigerator, microwave, oven, ultra modern induction cooktop and even a dishwasher. Plenty of counter space to get creative, nice bar seating and more storage room than you can imagine. Extra bedroom is small and private. It has an expandable twin / king size bed and a light. Could be used as a make-up / dressing room or an office. Private bathroom has full size tub with the shower, a toilet and a countertop with large sink. The loft is located on 2nd floor, on top of a warehouse that is rarely open. It's very peaceful and private with separate entrance and free reserved parking.
