The main level offers a large guest room with en suite bath and an attached Casita which offers living room, kitchenette, large bedroom, full bath and laundry with separate entrance. The second level has plenty of living space with oversized loft/office with custom barn style doors, huge primary suite with sunset balcony and spa inspired bathroom which leads to a gigantic walk in closet. Two other secondary bedrooms with en suite baths and down the hall a large laundry room. The landscaped entertainers yard offers, custom pavers, salt water pool and spa, waterfalls, fire pit, pool side entertainment cabana with BBQ, TV, fridge and lots of storage. Oversized yard also offers chaise lounge deck, dining and large turf area! Perfect for productions. Message us here to book OVERTIME Per Gigster’s policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is not included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Outside catering is allowed. No loud music past 10:00PM. No Alcohol consumption past 10:00PM. Event Insurance is required. This can easily and inexpensively obtain simply by Googling "Event Insurance" and purchasing from a highly rated vendor. A Site Rep may be required at an additional cost to the guest. If needed, the fee for a Site Rep will be $30-40/hour. A Site Rep is required for all events where alcohol is served or the pool will be used. Please refer to Gigster’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
