This is advertised as a room with an attached spa with backyard. The bathroom is not shared while guest are there. It is located right outside the bedroom door in main floor. You would need to come out the room for bathroom. We spend most of our time upstairs. Please feel free to play the surround sound in the hottub. The music doesn't bother us. We could hardly hear it from upstairs. You enjoying your stay is more important to us. No smoking of any kind allowed in room. My child and I are allergic. Smoking is allowed on front porch. Smoking Marijuana is illegal in the state of GA. Covid-19 clean - our home filters are dated and changed every 6 to 8 weeks. They have a 1500 air filtration that filters out bacteria and viruses. Mattress and pillows are covered with special allergy covers. We will continue to: vacuum carpet after every stay. We eash sheets and pillow cases after each guest. Spray room and bed covers with Lysol disinfectant after each stay. Wipe door knobs after each stay. The home has central air. If you're someone whom is always hot then it would be best to use extra sheets in closet instead of comforter. Also, leaving the door cracked opened a little bit would help. I've had mix feedback on temperate in room. IF YOU'RE SOMEONE THAT'S ALWAYS COLD: You can keep the brown foam skirt under the door to keep hot air from escaping. We can open the vent above bed more. You can dress according to weather while in bed. Also feel free to use extra blanket in TV stand. IF YOU'RE SOMEONE THAT'S ALWAYS HOT: you can leave the door the way it is. Feel free to use fan in the room. Consider not using comforter on bed and use thinner sheets. If you do want fresh air by opening window please be sure to put the brown foam skirt on under door. Our unit will work extra hard when air is going out the window. I am on the bus line #180 outside of community. 20 mins drive from airport. 5 bedroom home, and 3 bathrooms with central air. The home is on a corner lot. It's a yellow home with a red fence. Access to grill in backyard.
