Brand new construction, modern ranch/barn, deep, rich, dark almost black exterior with showpiece oak front door. Marble kitchen island, high-end appliances, custom built-ins in living room and master. Hand picked lighting fixtures throughout. Tri-fold accordion back glass doors leading out to large yard and pool with dark pebble surfacing. Large master suite with sliding barn door leading to double sink large master bathroom with stand-alone tub and large shower. Open floor layout designed by one of the hottest designers/builders in LA. Large front yard with mature trees that form a canopy of sorts over entire area. Each of the 4 bedrooms with its own private bath and a powder room with a black and white marble custom made vanity. Backyard with a patio with seating for at least 6.
