About the Space
This beautiful 1500 sqft brand new loft style space is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. It is designed with one-of-a-kind vintage & post-modern furniture, curated by Pauline Le and Sasha Patrick. This unit gets plenty of amazing natural light and is located on the 7th floor of the building. INCLUDED WITH STUDIO / BOOKING (FREE!): - High Speed Internet - Clothing Rack - Changing Room - Steamer FEATURES: - Keyless Entry - A/C + Heater - Plenty of Natural Sunlight There is a main elevator in the front for passengers & a freight elevator located in the back if needed to bring large/heavy items. RULES: - NO moving furniture unless approved beforehand. (We will do that for you, to prevent liability) - NO shoes or food on furniture otherwise you will be charged a fee. The space and furniture must be left cleaned and in the same condition as when you first arrived. - No smoking in space. - No loud music as it is not a soundproof space. Your set up and break down MUST be within your booking period. Our bookings may not have any buffer time in between. If you are not done within your booking period, there will be a fee. We have security cameras located inside the space that is only used when PeerSpace asks for proof of footage for damages, late departures & safety concerns. Sasha was very accommodating and amazing to work with. We originally booked a different studio of hers but due to a hiccup with their last reservation, she had to switch us to the Wabi Sabi studio. She contacted us immediately and even extended our reservation free of charge. The space was as pictured, clean and easy to access. Our shoot turned out better than expected and I will definitely book with Sasha again in the future.

The studio is very good, big and light. I liked it.

Highly recommend it! The lighting in this studio is particularly good. The scenery and items arranged are the same as in the picture. The effect of the works taken is particularly impressive! The owner, Sasha, responds to messages very quickly and effectively helps us solve unexpected shooting problems. Really appreciate her! If you are a influencer or want to take high-end, transparent photos, trust me, you won't miss the place.
