About the Space

We built this 800+ square foot showroom in 2026 to showcase high-end furniture, fixtures, art and other products. It would make an excellent venue for videos and/or photographs of products of all types. There is easy access to EWR, public transit and parking to showcase your products. It would also be a great location for video shoots for any type of production looking for large, open spaces with high ceilings, clean straight walls and easy access to a full service receiving warehouse (with garage door access) and white glove setup/teardown/installation services. Huge steel beams overhead can support lighting or other equipment. Clean, industrial-look ceiling. Nice, clean bathroom. 2 Gb Fiber Internet. 100" wall-mounted TV. The warehouse is staffed and we have people available for moving gear, installing wall-mounted art, etc. We can assemble and disassemble furniture or other equipment. Space has its own AC and heat.
