There is a long driveway for at least 4 cars, with covered parking for two cars. Newly updated electrical with solar panels and electric car charging. Wood floors throughout with one carpeted bedroom. The kitchen has light blue cabinets with grey tile floors. One-half bath and one full bath. The home is adjacent to a commercial property. The property borders the building's exposed bricks. There is a vacant commercial property across the street. The front yard is stone with drought-tolerant plants. The back has lush plants and a pool with surrounding deck plus additional seating areas.

This was the most amazing experience I have had. The host were understanding and cooperative. The location is beautiful and safe. I recommend this location to any filmmaker that needs a location and does not have the means to spend a lot of money on production design. The outside area is perfect for crafty and storing equipment.
