We are a boxing gym with two rings and one more being built, we have lots of floor space, and have 25,000 sq ft of combined space between two rooms. One room is the boxing gym, the other is a gym/event space with tables & chairs, booths, and two pool tables. This room can be used for a dining area or a gym or any other project needing space. We have a portable bar there also. The gym space has a front desk area and offices and is roughly 15,000 sq ft, while the back space is 11,000 sq ft. Both sides have bathrooms, and the gym side has locker rooms and showers. We do rentals for events, film projects, and live boxing shows and concerts.
