3 Unique Gym Spaces in Winnipeg’s Exchange District One of Canada’s most iconic boxing gyms. Located in the heart of Winnipeg’s historic Exchange District, our facility spans two buildings and includes three unique gym spaces perfect for film shoots, photo sessions, fitness content, events, or sport-based productions. Main Boxing Gym – (Basement Level) Size & Atmosphere: A large, character-filled boxing gym with exposed beams, heritage brick, and a gritty, authentic atmosphere. Boxing Ring: Full-sized 18’ x 18’ boxing ring as the centrepiece. Equipment: Dozens of easily removed heavy bags, mirrors, gloves, pads, and training tools throughout. Aesthetic: Murals of boxers and historic figures line the walls, giving this space an inspiring and cinematic look. Amenities: Full men’s and women’s changerooms, showers, and washroom facilities. Front desk and entry area included. Cardio & Weight Room Floor – (1st Floor) Layout: A stylish, loft-style gym floor combining weight training, spin bikes, and resistance equipment. Features: Exposed brick walls, boxing artwork, dumbbells, power racks, spin bikes, and boxing memorabilia. Ideal Use: Great for fitness shoots, training content, or dual-location projects (paired with the boxing gym below). Secondary Boxing Gym – (Basement next door) Size & Setup: A smaller, more intimate training space for focused work or smaller groups. Boxing Ring: 14’ x 14’ ring in the middle of the room. Layout: Heavy bags along two walls, open floor space for movement and drills, vibrant walls with training tools throughout. Facilities: One washroom available on-site. Bonus Feature: Giant boxing glove art installation on the building’s exterior creates an unforgettable first impression.
