The Studio is a boutique, professional production facility located in Toronto’s Studio District. Their photo/video studio is designed to support both high-end commercial productions as well as creative editorial work. It's the perfect location for tabletop and product photography, fashion campaigns, commercials, music videos, and many other niches in between. The ground-floor studio is designed for both still and motion visual production and is equipped with best-in-class equipment, as well as a range of amenities for your comfort. The soaring ceilings, clean industrial aesthetic, and efficient ground-level load-in are just a few of the many features this facility offers. Clients are welcome to bring their own gear. All equipment must be used by an experienced operator. While acoustically treated, please advise if your production requires controlled audio conditions. Ground floor is accessible; upper-level washroom is not wheelchair accessible. Overtime: Please make sure you've booked enough time to cover your load-in, the shoot/production itself, take-down, load-out, and tidy up. Additional hours can be purchased based on availability. Additional time will be billed if the session runs beyond the scheduled booking window. Cleaning/Damages: Clients are responsible for removing all brought-in equipment, props, rentals, and personal items before departure. Studio cleaning is handled by our team; however, excessive messes/spills beyond normal respectable use, or damage, will result in additional fees.
