We are 2 minutes from The YARD, 6 minutes from SOCO, 12 minutes from Downtown, 15 minutes from the Airport. Manchester House includes three rooms, a full kitchen and a very large yard (1/8th acre). Ideal for many kinds of events! Baby showers, engagement parties, Summer BBQ's, wedding receptions/wedding prep space, sound healing, outdoor yoga and other movement instruction, vendor events, certification weekends, dinner parties, content creation/podcasting, fitness and nutrition classes, cooking classes and more! The venue is in a quiet residential area with parking nearby. Furniture can be moved to suit different room layouts, and the full property is available for private daytime bookings (7a-10p). Custom booking options are also available for individual rooms or yard only.
