Located at a peaceful, quiet cul-de-sac, our property offers unmatched privacy. The entire back of the house is dedicated to showcasing a breathtaking, panoramic view that sweeps across the valley. From your vantage point by the water, you'll look directly over the rolling greens and mature trees of a beautiful golf course, with the desert hills providing a stunning backdrop. This unique positioning, high above the landscape, creates a quiet sanctuary away from the hustle of daily life. The view is a constant, calming presence. As the centerpiece of our outdoor area, the oversized hot tub is designed for pure comfort and powerful hydrotherapy. It includes five robust, strategically placed jets that are designed to melt away stress and tension. Experience perfect relaxation regardless of the season. Our advanced heating system can consistently maintain a blissful 102°F temperature all year round. Imagine soaking in complete comfort, even under the stars on a cool evening! Preserving the space: To help us keep this beautiful oasis immaculate for everyone, we have a few specific rules. We kindly ask that you always dry off completely before entering the house to use the bathroom. By taking this extra moment, you help protect our floors and furniture, ensuring that the indoor space remains as pristine as the outdoor area for every guest. Thank you for your consideration. Smoking/Vaping: Yes, smoking and vaping are absolutely permitted in the outside areas. We just ask that you use outdoor trays and tidy up any debris before checking out. Cleaning Guidelines: We ask that you leave the space in the same general condition you found it. This includes throwing away party decorations, placing all trash and recycling in the designated bins, and wiping down any major spills. Pool Table & Sun-room: Yes, both the sun-room and the pool table area shown in the pictures are completely included in your reservation for your group to enjoy! Ready to relax?
