About the Space

Corner space with complete self-service, offfering13ft ceilings and great light throughout the day. Windows are facing east and south. You will be provided with 2 access codes that allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code allows you to gain entry into the building. The second code allows you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get video instructions - How to get into the building and find the studio. List of Equipment included: - 1 x Steamer - 1 x Rolling rack - 3 x Pure Muslin Collapsible Backdrop If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons. 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio Is not sound proof .Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this. Windows facing to street, it's quiet street.
