About the Space

We rent our bright and spacious Brooklyn loft for small, professional photo and film shoots and daytime productions only. Rate: $150/hour (all time in the space counts, from setup to breakdown) Minimum: 4 hours + cleaning fee Hours: Typically 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM We are located in a residential building and can accommodate small, professional crews of 8 people or fewer with minimal equipment. 🚫 No parties or events 🚫 No large crews or truckloads of gear 🚫 Business hours only Atmosphere The loft sits on a quiet Brooklyn street and features vaulted ceilings with large west-facing windows, providing beautiful natural light throughout the day. The space is thoughtfully styled with: Handmade and unique furniture Vintage bohemian decor Musical instruments A colorful library Original artwork Abundant plants Light control: Velvet blackout curtains can fully darken the space, while double sheer curtains offer soft, diffused light when needed. Furniture highlights include: Large leather sectional sofa Rustic farmhouse dining tables Handmade coffee tables Unique seating throughout the loft Access & Layout Your crew will have exclusive access to the entire loft, including: 2 full bathrooms 2 bedrooms 1 storage studio Living and dining areas Open floor-plan kitchen Most interior furniture is movable or on wheels, lights are on dimmer switches, and there are ample power outlets and power strips available for lighting setups. Furniture and decor may be rearranged carefully and must be restored by end of day. Sound A resident sound engineer confirms that the building is exceptionally quiet for NYC. There are no nearby hospitals, fire stations, airports, or schools, and neighbors are generally very quiet. We frequently host sound-sensitive shoots and have received compliments on the low noise levels. Arrival & Parking Loading/unloading is permitted directly in front of the building Free street parking is usually available within 1–2 blocks Nearby parking garage available if needed Detailed arrival instructions are provided after booking confirmation. Important Notes We kindly ask that: All equipment is brought in for the day (no storage in public areas) Crews remain respectful of neighbors when entering/exiting the building Please note again: we only accept small crews (8 people or fewer) with minimal equipment. Large productions are not a fit for this space. Booking Please include the nature of your shoot when submitting a booking request. Bookings are first-come, first-served (no holds on dates). I live in the space and work as a set decorator, so I am nearby/on-site during bookings to oversee productions. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you!
