About the Space

This location is a studio space that you can use to create. Whether its a film, meeting a client, fashion show, photoshoot, music video, yoga, etc. It comes with two bathrooms, backyard space and basement available for an additional fee. It has light grey floating floors and high ceilings. If you need to decorate the walls or anything feel free as long as there is no damage and everything is returned in the same condition you got it. We also have LED color lights. You can rent the backyard and basement too if need be. Close to public transportation and public parking.

    Great versatile space that we used to film an interview for a documentary film. Location is very workable and functional and there was a lot of ways to adjust it for our needs. (It's not fully complete, as you can tell in the pics). Sound proved also excellent and it was surprisingly quiet in there. Appreciate all the love that Maxy gave us throughout our time there. Likely to come back and use again. Very easy, affordable, and efficient. Also liked the sidewalk street-level access.
