About the Space

Our Ranch is a motorsport and bicyclist enthusiast's dream. The property maintains a motocross track, flat track, a paved go-cart track, bmx pump track and mountain bike park. There is a race shop that has an entertainment area, complete with pool table, bar, and vintage motorcycle displays of museum quality. The guest house is a vintage gas station with two pumps and provides a view of the large pond. Our old western "bunk house" has been renovated inside to house our modern/rustic office and is beautifully set, with a windmill and ancient eucalyptus trees towering behind, providing a gorgeous backdrop. We also host a large collection of vintage CAT equipment that dates back to the early 1900's. Both our guest and bunk house units feature a/c and restrooms, and are great to use for editing, production, filming, or a space for crews to relax, do makeup, etc. We are located in The City of Murrieta, near Old Town. The property is gated and bordered with over 400 mature eucalyptus trees for added privacy. This scenic ranch has several beautiful features that would make a lovely backdrop to any event or scene. The 20 acre grounds are covered in 7 acres of manicured lawns and there are 4 ponds; the largest has a large fountain, the middle size has a sandy beach and small dock and the two smaller ponds are encircled by large stones. The long front driveway circles and is surrounded by lush landscaping. White two rail fencing defines the property. Pricing does not include the interior of the home, pool, or surrounding areas of the home; exteriors only. There are plenty of large areas which can be used for parking trucks and cars for production. *Overtime Policy* You will be charged post booking 1.5x the rate per half hour over the booking time. We are easy-going, so just let us know during your production if you think you may require more time, and we will adjust your rate accordingly as long as our schedule allows. Please note: Our family and employees will remain on property and maintain access during your rental; but will gladly stay out of your way. Pricing listed is a base price only.
