With a 7-metre-high ceiling and a large open-plan layout, the space offers a dramatic blank canvas for everything from private celebrations and corporate events to photo shoots, film productions, brand activations, and immersive experiences. The fully black interior creates a striking backdrop that can be completely transformed with lighting, projections, décor, staging, installations, and production elements. The generous floor area provides plenty of room for guests, crews, equipment, sets, dining, bars, entertainment, and dance floors. For productions, the space is well suited to commercial campaigns, fashion shoots, music videos, film and TV productions, automotive shoots, interviews, content creation, and larger-scale projects. A dedicated loading dock makes equipment load-in and load-out straightforward, while an on-site scissor lift provides access to the full ceiling height for overhead lighting, rigging, and larger production setups.
