About the Space
Old school Hollywood 49-seat black box theater with plush red seats, a large stage area that includes a balcony and staircase, as well as a backstage greenroom area with mirror vanity. Great for filmshoots, photoshoots, rehearsals, workshops, and classes. We do not allow public events. Located conveniently in Hollywood on Santa Monica Boulevard in historical Theater Row. The rental includes use of our lighting system, with nine bright halogen theater lights controlled by a lighting board in the tech booth, as well as our soundsystem, which includes a mixer. If you need a tech person on-site for the rental, contact us for additional rates.

The space was perfect... the green room is super cinematic. And the theater space is super versatile. Not to mention the fact that Max was on top of everything and made sure our day went as smoothly as possible. 10/10 would use again.
