Our 2,400 sq ft studio offers an open, New York loft-style atmosphere with concrete floors, exposed trusses at 12 feet, and wide, bright natural light. The space is powered by a robust 200-amp service and fully climate-controlled with air conditioning for year-round comfort. Designed with both practicality and warmth in mind, the studio is ideal for large-scale productions, editorial photo shoots, and small motion projects. While not soundproof, the space is well-suited for most visual production needs. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, a coffee station, high-speed internet, and a large monitoring TV for client viewing. The vibe is eclectic and inviting—comfortable for clients, functional for crews.
