About the Space
Designed for music rehearsals but can definitely be used for filming/events too! Space is 425 square feet, has a ton of natural light via 5 huge windows facing northwest. Studio comes with a full backline (drums, PA system, keyboards, guitar/bass/keyboard amps, microphones/mic stands). Building is open 24/7 with both a passenger and freight elevator for easy access/load in. 2 bathrooms on the same floor as the studio, as well as a smoker’s outpost (lol). Small vestibule/entryway that can be used for storage/holding area. Track lighting throughout on dimmers.
