About the Space

This freshly renovated 22,000 sqft building is a former post office and sorting facility. It is now being used by a church and a variety of local community groups. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT CUSTOM PRICING; we price by room and hours, not by attendees. Currently there is minimal furniture in the rooms, making it easy to clear them and setup for anything you wish. Retaining the clean lines and concrete structure, we have created a bright, open, modern facility with several rooms (boardroom for 12, classrooms for 10-20, meeting halls from 50-175). The overall aesthetic is calm and modern while also made "funky" by the exposed ductwork in some rooms and the wonderful concrete waffle ceiling in one of the large meeting halls. There is no religious icongraphy anywhere in the building. We have a couple of decorative copper fixtures in the sanctuary which can be moved. The floor to ceiling windows in the 2nd floor hall include several bright and modern non-religious stained glass window panels which cast rainbow patterns on the concrete floor depending on the time of day. The building is equipped with WiFi, a new full kitchen plus a kitchenette, a stage with risers and grand piano, an elevator, ramps, accessible washrooms, gender-neutral washrooms, safety equipment.
