This upscale and quality retail space provides luxury wooden shelves, cabinets, clothing racks, and lockable glass chests specifically tailored to display all types of clothing, footwear, accessories, jewelry, books, and more. Our space includes a cash register, negotiation table, restroom, and upstairs office/storage. Perfect location for luxury brand pop-ups, small events, and poker games with friends. The space is 2200 square feet: it has a 1,600 square feet retail space along with 600 square feet upstairs office space.
