About the Space
The two-level main house is designed by Paul Merrick which is comprised of three bedrooms, library style study, living room and kitchen. The house backs on to a European style courtyard which leads to a grass lawn bordering the horse field. There is also a two-level coach house, consisting of two bed/bath and kitchens. There is a barn at the far end of the property, however, no inside access is permitted.
