My house is centrally located just west of the Denver Highlands neighborhood with easy access to i70. It's been remodeled and features custom black hand railing throughout the main level, a large stone foyer, and fantastic minimalistic furnishings. The house has 2 fireplaces, both natural, both working! There are 3 bedrooms, all available given the right notice. The child's room is for my daughter and features a pink accent wall with floating bookshelves on the adjacent wall. The basement features black lacquer stained concrete flooring and an arts and crafts studio for children. Also, there's a living room setup, and a home gym with a Peloton bike, Fight Camp punching bag, and general yoga space. The back yard is large and open. There is a covered patio with a hot tub against the house. The front yard has a massive sprawling tree that looks great in the summer when lush.
