This area is a deep, quiet lake which is great for swimming, fishing and watersports. Just 15 minutes to Gravenhurst for amenities, specialty shops, restaurants, and the wharf. Catch the weekly farmer's market easily from this location and go grocery shopping by boat through Gull Lake right into town.
PROPERTY
Our property has a flat, grassy area closer to the cottage. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck off of the Primary Bedroom. A 2 tiered deck with dining table and 8 chairs for outdoor dining. Making your way down to the water you will find a nice dock with Muskoka chairs. Water is approximately 15' off the dock and connects to Gull Lake for further boating opportunities.
