This is a perfect production space for your project! A comfy space at the Woodlands catering to Events, production , and businesses ready to explore the jewels offered by The Woodlands TX! We offer 4 private bd, 3 full ba, a powder room with a full kitchen/dining room, and a living room equipped with a sound bar TV, foosball table, and various board games! Guests will have the entire house to themselves. This includes all 4 bedrooms each equipped with white noise machines for sleeping, 3 bathrooms, a powder room, kitchen, Gameroom with tons of strategy games, 2-car garage & private driveway, backyard patio with furnitures & bbq grill with propane gas & accessory set (stored in the garage). Host doesn’t occupy any part of the house and yard during your stay. Recently installed brand new HVAC system & gas furnace & dishwasher (Aug 2021). New Fridge (July 2021). ***Pet fee not included in the rate *** ***Up to 4 cars can park in garage and driveway. No off-street parking allowed.*** Guest access Guests will be granted access to open the garage using their smart phones; Guests will be granted code accesses to front door, gate and backdoor.
