Vintage gem! Perfect for period pieces and indie movies. The house is very much designed in a 1960's/ 1970s bohemian style. In a cul de sac, this Mary Tyler Moore type home was built in the 1960's and is equipped with a stair elevator, a perfect prop for your movie shoot. The back yard is covered in beautiful trees, lemon trees palm trees and cactus'. Shoot a video in our large pool of have a beautiful dinner in the back yard! We are located in the absolute best family neighborhood of LA in the Valley. The neighborhood is safe, diverse, artistic, cool, with a 1960's vibe. The house is situated in the North Hills area just a drive away from, restaurants, cafés and bars. The view is phenomenal! Watch the beautiful sunrise from your window and have a view of the pool. It feels like a little oasis up here on the hill. This 5 bedroom+3bath space is eclectically furnished with vintage and modern pieces throughout, and walls are splashed with great art I’ve collected over the years.The best part of the space is the incredible back yard and large swimming pool. There are washers and dryers in the house. This is a very relaxed household and we are looking to welcome a like-minded guest. We love good vibes and a lovely clean environment. We are centrally located to many of LA’s attractions and a short drive to major freeways and 3 minute walk to the bus. The parking situation is unrestricted street parking in a private little street. There are a few house rules: -smoking allowed only outdoors -be respectful of the space and one another, we love it clean!
