Beautiful, upscale spa retreat with 7000 square ft

About the Space

We are a high end spa retreat with many facets to our building. We start with an upscale nail bar which is white, gray and turquoise/tiffany blue in color. There are 8 pedicure chairs in this space. We have a sweeping staircase in the main foyer that leads upstairs to our conference room and virtual office/co-working suite. Beyond that we have 7 salon suites for stylists We have a wall of 10 modern hair dryers with a long bench seat in the common area. Additionally, we offer two small rooms that are designated for waxing and 3 booths that can be used for lash technicians or make-up artists. All of this on the top floor. The colors on these walls are gray with dark gray trim. From here we go back down to the rear of the building which is where our spa resides. There are 3 water walls in the spa, a beautiful reception area with copper metallic walls with gray and copper marble tile, a gorgeous women's changing area with tiffany blue tile walls, lockers and white tile shower. The men's bathroom/shower area is masculine with black walls, black tile shower and wood accents. Next we travel to the VIP nail area, which has 2 gray pedicure chairs, black floors and white and black 4 foot tile accent wall. We now open to a large 8 foot hallway area with black stone accents. In this area we have gray and white venetian plaster applied by an artist. We have a beautiful steam sauna here. There are 2 massage treatment rooms which are neutral in color. We have an aesthetician room, a Vichy shower room which is completely dark blue tile, and a large Zen area with more gray venetian plaster. This leads to the dining area, which is quaint. It is neutral in color and has copper ceiling tiles. There is a dual sided glass fireplace between the Zen area and dining area. We now venture outside, where we have an outdoor Zen area made of cedar color decking boards. It is fashioned as an outdoor room with is no ceiling; but offers a motorized retractable awning. We have a 10-seater jacuzzi room, neutral in color with glass accordion doors which open to the outside on the north and east sides of the room. We have 2 custom fountains outside in our garden area. In the spring the gardens will be in full bloom with azaleas, gardenias and many beautiful flowers and plants. We have a round loveseat deck in the gardens as well as greenspace that is approximately 1500 square feet. Our third fountain falls into our 12x12 foot Koi pond. Lastly, we offer a VIP bungalow with barn doors that open to the Koi pond. The bungalow is 500 square feet with a full bathroom and shower. Off of the bungalow there is a dual level deck, 10x14 and 8x8 feet.
