Location Rules

- (We will not hesitate to remove guests/penalise guests who broke our house rules and no refund will be offered if you can't make it last minute.)
- Follow the rules of building facilities and respect other users when using the common areas and facilities of the building. We are responsible hosts who respect our neighbours, and we require our guests to do the same. Penalty of RM50 applicable in offence of building rules displayed in the building.
- If you have booked a shared unit, please clean up after yourself after using common areas. Penalty of RM50 applicable in offence.
- No Durian and Mangosteen is allowed in the building. Restoration charge of RM200 applicable in offence.
- Strictly no gambling or illegal activities. We reserve the rights to remove guests without refund and contact relevant authorities if we suspect of such activities.
- Strictly no loud music and noise inside the unit or in common areas, especially after 2100 hours (9:00 pm). Penalty of RM50 applicable in offence.
- Strictly no outsiders allowed in the building without host’s permission. Please provide the correct amount of guest to avoid disappointment. We reserve the rights to remove people who are not under the booking registration, or apply an additional charge of RM50 per person.
