Location Rules
- Guest is NOT ALLOW to change furniture setup/position. Furniture used is antique wooden furniture. Furniture can damage/broken. Once broken guest to pay full price of the furniture.
- Guest is responsible to pay for any damage on furniture, properties and facilities. Please take good care of the surrounding.
- Guest to clean up all cooking/eating facilities use after usage. 4. Usage of bicycles is chargeable RM50 for whole stay. This is to cover for repair and maintenance cost.
- Inside houses/rooms are "NON SMOKING AREA". Cleaning fees of RM300 per house/room will be charged if guest smoke in the house.
- Lost of key will be charged RM20.
- We are not responsible for any incident due to guest personal activities during stay.
