Black framed greenhouse with full-height glass walls, string lights, white shabby chic chandelier, wood decking with oriental rug, large 10-seater espresso dining table with wood bench and side table. Rustic wood bar, walnut finish. Brass accents and twinkle lights throughout. Adjacent gazebo with outdoor living room setup (sectional and 2 lounge chairs, side tables), with fire pit, and twinkle light ball lighting. Baby blue children’s playhouse with white accents. Hammock and outdoor games can be made available. Productions to provide own bathroom facilities ("port-a-potty") which can be placed in front of house near curb.
