About the Space

Our stunning, custom, newly remodeled, German smeared rock house is set in a wooded area just 10 minutes from historic downtown Prescott. It is completely landscaped and has stone and pavers on much of the outdoor space which makes it super conducive for abundant parking or party/meeting spaces In the courtyard outside of the living room is a metal firepit and gas BBQ. There is additional seating space in the back of the house on the deck outside of the main bedroom. On the right side of the house is a gravel area that can be set up for outdoor games such as horseshoes and corn hole. When you enter, you'll discover a great drop zone for coats and gear, a large, open floor plan living/kitchen area with a tall stone, gas log fireplace, wine fridge, and plenty of seating. Inside the kitchen is a passage way to the butler's pantry where you'll find a coffee zone, additional sink, stacked washer/dryer and darling powder room. Upon entering the hallway, you'll find a full bathroom, an office with a sofa bed, a large guest bedroom and a huge main bedroom with en suite. There are a couple of additional buildings on the property that are currently unavailable for use but the areas around them can be used for parking or additional seating. A small. attached utility room can be accessed to store equipment or bikes. This property is perfect to host a company meeting, small wedding, baby, or bridal shower or film shoot. No pornography, nudity, loud music, pets or super loud noise/music allowed. No more than 5 adults can stay overnight. No children under 12 years of age can stay over night in the home or be on the property due to the steepness of the hill on the back. Events can take place between the hours of 8am-8pm. $250 per hour rate is based on an 8 hour minimum. The property is also available as a vacation rental for $200pn with a 6 night minimum. Same rules apply for overnight guests. An additional cleaning fee will be added based on the use. Hosts have access to space heaters and event helpers, florists and musicians if desired for additional cost.
