About the Space
Beautiful newly built 2 story house, with large rooftop deck & Hot Tub on the roof. Our home has a beautiful white piano in the living room and the master bedroom has its own fireplace and private patio. We are a 30 second walk to the water in Little Naples in Belmont shore . Our large rooftop deck is the perfect place to hang out and see the ocean view. Absolutely no parties allowed . Loud music past normal hours is not tolerated. You will be asked to leave . The space Beautiful beach vibes, rooftop deck, spacious. Only 15 minutes away from the Catalina Express and Long Beach Aquarium. Tons of restaurants nearby. Smart TVs in every bedroom. Comfortable beds. Master shower is amazing. Guest access The entire house Other things to note There are security cameras on the exterior of the house . The two cameras inside , one by the entry and one in the living room are non working disabled cameras . Mandatory insurance is required
