Barbara was an amazing host for our shoot! She helped make it a success. This home is a very production friendly location. Barbara allowed us access to various areas for staging since our motorhome could not access this street, very narrow. She accommodated many of our requests to move furniture. I would absolutely recommend this location for shooting as there are many beautiful areas to utilize.
Beautiful modern house with lots of different niches to shoot at.
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with an amazing outdoor space .
The house is very airy with open kitchen and lots of glass doors and skylights.
Wooden floor in the main area, the 2 bed and bathrooms are terra-cotta tiles.
The fire place is modern concrete in the living room and red brick stones in the master bedroom. The walls are all clean white and great as a back drop.
It is an indoor outdoor living place and a lot of areas you can use to shoot at like concrete walls, bamboo, giant bird of paradise, palm trees, outdoor concrete sitting area, wooden deck, patio and park in the back of the property .
The house is 1400 square feet and whole lot 6000 square feet.
There also is a park right in the back of my property. Space perfect for 15 people
