I have 1.25 acres located in the high desert in Rosamond, California. Close to town in case you need anything. Very Zen with beautiful sunsets, mountain views, easy to find with dirt road access. My property has been surveyed, so there are stakes in the ground surrounding the perimeter. Natural desert fauna with sagebrush and some trees. The lot is vacant right now and one of the dirt roads is also part of my property.

This property was a great desert location for our complex shoot. The location was extremely easy to find. Maria was an excellent host with fast response. The site reps was very attentive to our needs. They provided us with all assistance requested and maintained the ability to be professional during our whole taping. Both the host and site reps practiced a high code of ethics and confidentiality. The site is super close to Los Angeles which made easy planning for transportation.

Prime location for a photo shoot my co-author and I wanted for our book. Maria is an amazing person to work with; from fast response to scheduling site visit, securing site reservation, location, and cost to rent the site for a day. If you are looking for a location with spectacular view for location dessert style scenery day and evening beautiful sunrise/ sunset views, this is the place.
