-We provide rental space for Indoor-Outdoor Photoshoots, corporate events, Commercial activities, Film shoot Indoor-Outdoor with beautiful mountain view. Our maximum space is 2800sq. -The back yard has a pool and spa with a large outdoor living space and tv, patio cover with misters and a large portable restroom. -The indoor space is available with 5 bedrooms as well as a large kitchen/living room and loft. -We don't offer catering, but people are more than welcome to bring their own caterer. -Smoking is not allowed. -House is very clean and sanitary. -Max people: 30 -Plenty of street parking and driveway is available.
