This was an absolute blessing of an experience as Jae was very communicative and accommodating. Due to a winter storm, I had to reschedule my reservation but Jae helped make that process for me very easy and fluid. The home itself was stunning inside and had a lot to offer any possible filmmaker. As well, I could tell it was very well taken care of as my team and I felt comfortable in the home in the midst of the hectic nature of shooting a commercial inside. If the opportunity arises, I will definitely be renting again with Jae and this beautiful home.

This space is perfect for business meetings, families, photo shoots, brunches, and more. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All of the basic amenities are provided. There is a ring light and LED mirror. Lots of natural light as well. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. We do not allow small gatherings. No parties.
