About the Space

This is for a whole house rental with use of pool, laundry and study. In the winter it is so cosy and the fireplace creates a wonderful ambiance. I spend most of the year in England so am open to long-term rental discussion. The master suite features a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a state-of-the-art TV that rises from the foot of the bed—Netflix in bed just got rather surreal. The fully enclosed back garden is a tranquil retreat with a sparkling pool, twinkling romantic lights, and a deck made for everything from early-morning coffee to lazy evening swims. In summer, leafy trees wrap you in complete privacy. Fully Equipped for Comfort: Cook like a pro in the kitchen with brand-new appliances, gather round the formal dining table surrounded by 100-year-old antiques, or cosy up in one of two spacious living rooms—one with a fireplace, the other with large HD TV. For for music lovers, there’s a baby grand piano (Alexa included for your playlist battles). Each item is $30, as we cover the cost of delivery, sanitizing, setup, and breakdown. If you’d like all three, we can do a bundle price of $60. A blow-up bed is also available for $20, which includes setup and takedown. For your awareness, this property has outdoor security cameras. There is also one camera in a section of the closet that guests do not have access to. You will love the area, there are lots of fun things to do very close by.
