Welcome to our 5,300 sq. ft creative compound in the heart of LA’s Fashion District. We're newly moved in and actively building out the space — but it’s already a powerful canvas for photographers, filmmakers, artists, and event hosts. At the center is a 900 sq ft flex room featuring: - Big east-facing windows with beautiful morning light - Wood floors - Clean white walls - Artistic yellow mural This room is perfect for: - Photo & video shoots - Film production - Wellness sessions (yoga, soundbaths) - Creative workshops - Pop-ups and small events Right next door, you'll find: - A semi private powder room with exposed brick - A private full bathroom with a shower Our professionally soundproofed music studio includes: - An empty acoustically treated control room for mixing/playback - A machine room for noisy gear or amps - A dead room ideal for isolated vocals, drums, or voiceovers We also offer a large kitchen space for your team or clients to use — currently without a refrigerator or stove, but ideal for catering setup, serving, or casual staging. A fully functioning woodshop at the rear of the space is available for use as an industrial visual backdrop (by request) — perfect for adding texture or contrast to your creative production.
