Greetings, This beautiful space is located in the heart of Downtown Lomita. Surrounding cities includes Palos Verdes, Long Beach, San Pedro, Carson, Torrance and Harbor City all within 15-20 minute drive. Down Town Los Angeles is a easy 25 Minute drive as well. The space is approximately 1200sq ft which includes black & white checkered board floors and carpet. This unit is great for Pop-Up retail shops, small gatherings, meetings etc. The unit has attached clothing racks to the right of the wall. The pictures show you an example of a retail Pop-up. It also has an restroom towards the back. If needed there is a back patio that can be used which can hold about 15 people. The unit has 12 parking spaces on the side of the building and plenty of street parking,
