About the Space

We just finished remodeling this beautiful condo, it’s newly decorated/furnished and is perfect for meetings, photo shoots, filming and other production needs. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bath, fully decorated with a beach/desert chic and contemporary look. The view is amazing, you can see an eagle eye perspective of LA, the beach, and more. The patio is a gorgeous spot for a shoot as well. The lighting is the best part as the windows surround the entire home for a glasshouse effect (but also black out curtains if needed). With over 1700 square feet, it's very spacious and open for all your needs. Note that for production it’s a hard 12 max, meetings can be up to 20.
