It’s beautiful and charming brownstone home. This parlor floor is located in Bedstuy brooklyn. Very close to a lot of movie set shootings in the neighborhood. Would make. Great resting spot for set people or actors. There’s a Murphy bed as well in case anyone want to rest! Crawl foot tub to relax or shower. It’s a great space for movie crew to relax! Could also be used to film some scenes and do photoshoot! This parlor floor has marble fireplace that’s electric! We also have a full one bedroom upstairs of this one, see our other listing! Both of them can definitely be booked together.
