The grounds feature a stunning 5,230 sq. ft open floor plan with high ceilings, beautiful hard wood floors, multi-zone air conditioners and heaters, fireplaces, and an abundance of natural light. The entire house is painted white for extra brightness, clean look and feel. One room is set up as a photo studio with 2 grey canvas seamlesses. Included in your booking is use of the entire backyard + pool. The stunning backyard is located on a .29 acre lot with an outdoor dining table, lounge area with fire pit, sun lounges, and a huge pool. Take a look at the photos so you can start visualizing the endless possibilities! Minimum Rate that is shown is based on a still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ an 8 hour day.
