Our camera ready 50 acre beautiful horse farm is conveniently located just 4 miles south of I-20 off exit 98 just east of Covington, GA in Newton County. Access to our property is over all high quality, wide, paved roads. This beautiful location is 45 miles east of downtown Atlanta and 52 miles from the Atlanta airport via the relatively light traffic eastbound I-20 corridor. Our working horse farm features: - plenty of easy access parking for base camp, catering and working trucks. - large, open rolling or flat pastures with board fencing. Most pastures are surrounded by tall trees which provide a beautiful background with no interfering structures or power lines. - covered riding arena which can be rigged with green screens, lights and stunt rigging. The deep sand of the arena can easily handle dismounts and falls. - outdoor riding arena - 11 stall stable with wash rack, tack room full of saddles, office and walk-up loft - hay and tractor barn with 30 amp and 50 amp electric outlets, maintenance and workshop with on-site welders, air compressors and power tools - various small paddocks and corrals - horse trailers, trucks, farm equipment, hay bales, horse riding equipment, jumps, English and western saddles and tack that can be used for set dressing - public restroom along with a private air conditioned dressing room with private restroom and shower- 17 acres of forest with 1.5 miles of ATV accessible riding trails featuring a wooden bridge, creek, and private firearms shooting range. We are amenable to altering the terrain as long as environmental factors are taken into consideration and a restoration plan is agreed upon. This location is in a quiet, rural area so production would not be hampered by extraneous noise and would have practically no impact on our neighbors. Our 32 years of experience in the film industry, along with being active members of the Screen Actors Guild, provides us with knowledge and experience of the requirements of a full company film production. We are prepared to accommodate a large crew along with the trucks and equipment necessary for film production. We live on site and are available to assist and support production in any way we are needed.
