About the Space
Cul-de-sac location in Brentwood Glen, beachy, bright, transitional, uplifting, open floor plan, entertainer's back yard with pool and BBQ pavilion. Traditional/cape cod style home. California coastal. Lots of natural light. Living room with fireplace, formal dining room, open style kitchen and family room. 5 bedrooms + loft area and 5.5 bathrooms. Guest suite downstairs (currently set up as an office). Hardwood floors, wine storage, skylights, master suite with balcony. Outdoor space available to allow guests to maintain physical distance and/or may be used for dining during meals. Plenty of street parking also available. Permit REQUIRED for all productions. Inquire with FilmLA at least three (3) days prior to shoot (by 10a).

Beautiful home! Easy load-in. This home is ideal for these times because it's very open-air when you open the living room wall of glass doors. Ella was so kind and left out water and snacks for us - greatly appreciated!! I would also note that while we chose to film in the back patio area for additional COVID safety, we did not encounter noise issues. It remained nice and quiet during our interview. We will definitely keep this in mind for the future!

The house is gorgeous and spacious, and the homeowners were very accommodating and wonderful to work with. The house was perfect for our shoot. The only downside was a crabby neighbor, but that's to be expected! Everything else was great!

Ella's place was fantastic! It was a nice space, very clean and everything tucked out of the way. She had super helpful wifi placards placed, cleaning supplies, stocked bathrooms and snacks out for us. Very fast response and easy to work with. Low traffic neighborhood. I would highly recommend!

This beautiful home is an excellent location for production. Tons of natural light in the home made our photo shoot a breeze, and there is a nice variety of rooms within the house in which you can get several different "looks." The driveway / garage provides easy access to the house for load in and load out. The homeowner is professional, helpful, and prepared. They provide all essential details (WiFi information and other pertinent details) in advance of production, and were responsive while we were shooting and helped out with any requests as they came up. This is a great place for production.

This is a beautiful property, and Ella was an accommodating, helpful host! She provided us with all of the information we needed to be set up for success and was on hand when we had questions on the filming day. The neighborhood is charming. This was a great location for our corporate video production.
