Also for your convenience is a fully stocked kitchen with coffee/tea nook, cooking and dining equipment, and spices to make your stay as easy as possible. Minutes from downtown ATL! The space This property is located 6 minutes from the East Lake Golf Course, 10 minutes from Downtown Decatur with amazing restaurants and bars, 15 minutes from Midtown Atlanta (also home to restaurants, bars, the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the State farm Arena), and 20 minutes from the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. This home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every use. This is one of two units on the property. Guests will be in Unit 2 and the owner/host lives in Unit 1. Guests have access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with an entire closet space in each room for your use. The Master bedroom features two closets however only one is available for your exclusive use. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, a Keurig with complementary coffee and tea, pots and pans, microwave, and dishwasher, etc. Feel free to cook here, the lazy susan is full of spices for you to use! Relax and unwind in our family area which hosts a large and comfortable sectional, 55-inch Sony 4K UHD TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max and entertainment center. If instead you would like to play board games we have a selection of board games includes Cards Against Humanity, Basic Cards, Uno, Chess, Checkers and More! We also rotate children and adult books if you would prefer to read. The family area also hosts a dining room table with six seats (4 chairs and one bench seat) for family meals. Feel free to use the breakfast nook with 3 bonus bar stools for additional seating. The Master suite features a king-sized bed, office desk, and 50 inch LG Nano TV also equipped with streaming services; the master suite also features a full bathroom with a large luxurious shower and double vanity sink. The Master suite also features a dedicated work space in you need a special place to focus during your stay. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, equipped with a 42 inch LG 4K UHD TV with streaming services. And the third bedroom features a comfortable full-sized bed, also equipped with a 32 inch LG HD TV with streaming services. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub available for bubble baths! Feel free to use our complimentary bath bombs if you need to unwind. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, first aid kit, iron and ironing board are all provided for your convenience. Feel free to store extra bags in the bonus mud room where you will also find a washer and dryer with laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets available for your use. There is plenty of FREE Parking available on the property. The paved parking can hold up to 4 vehicles comfortably. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in front of Unit 2, where you will be staying. If needed there are 2 additional parking spaces in front of the detached garage on the property. If you need to park trailers and hook-ups there is enough space but this needs to be approved prior to your stay.
