This beach house is on 60ft of private, sandy beach. Located in western Malibu. Main house is 3bdrm/2bath w/beachfront deck, master on water, & chef's kitchen,. Guest house is 1bdrm/1bath w/living room. Fire pit on a second large deck. A+ water rating so you can swim, boogie board, surf, paddle board, kite board, kayak, and fish right in front. Views from Catalina to Channel Islands. Best sunsets plus dolphins almost daily, whale watching, bird watching, and incredible star gazing
