This outdoor venue has amazing Bay Views from the elaborate backyard design inspired by Tuscany. Enjoy solid Travertine Pavers, pre-cast Baluster Railings & Roman Columns create the frame for amazing views day or night. This property is currently featured in a Viking Paver's commercial and has been running on prime time for over 6 years. Ideal for photo shoots, small weddings, receptions or amazing dinner parties. Very few homes have this unobstructed view of the BAY AREA. Views spanning from the Bay Bridge to the Dumbarton Bridge, all times of the day are beautiful but at night, right when the sun is setting, the horizon has such vivid colors that it takes your breath away. Soon after the sun sets, sit among the twinkle lights of the city and look up to see our galaxy bright and visible from the darkness of the 10+ miles of undeveloped park at our backyard fence line. RENTAL OF SPACE INCLUDES PATIO SPACE ONLY, ALL AMENITIES ARE AN ADDITIONAL FEE. There is a glitch in the system that added some amenities as included but that is not accurate. Clear colored beverages and non staining foods only. Food must be pre approved by owner. No heavy sauces that would stain the natural stone pavers. Colored food or beverages will damage pavers. No confetti or small loose decorating items that can blow around into the patio or the natural surroundings. NO WILD PARTIES! No use of hot tub unless pre arranged and for limited amount of guests only. No use of tape of any kind, including DJ cables so please inform your DJ. All props will need to be self standing or secured with approved method such as ties or area rugs. Catering, Tables, Chairs, Couches, Heaters, Table Linen and Food warming center available for an additional fee. Set up allowed 1 hours beforehand. Clean up is one hour after event or up til 11pm, whichever comes first. 10pm curfew for guests. Clear beverages like White wine, Sprite, clear spirits like vodka etc OK. House and kitchen use not available. Valet parking available for a per car fee. Owner will be on grounds at all events.
