About the Space

Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $150/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $300/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your numbers to calculate your base rate in the Giggster widget. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed. All of our locations have hourly minimums. This location has a 6-hour minimum. If you book for less than 6 hours, you will still be charged for the full 6-hour rate. You must let us know if your schedule shifts for any circumstance. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to schedule yourself for the full 6 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Events and large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. You cannot book this location for a few hours. This retro property serving as a content creation studio is a unique location with an untouched personality. Complete with a full court, seating for 100-plus, and a catwalk around the perimeter, it is unlike any basketball court in our roster. The court is below ground, making it perfect for moody lighting setups and brand photoshoots. There is also a vintage auditorium stage for performances and rehearsals. This space is parking-lot level and can be used for large crew holding as well. For any sporty, vintage shoots, this space is ideal for projects of any size. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. Please note, some rooms are upstairs. This is a great space for all crew sizes as the location is spacious and expansive. A certificate of insurance is required of all productions. Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package.
