About the Space

Standing on 3 acres off a country road Santa Clara river on historic South Mountain Road in Santa Paula, it’s hard to believe you are just an hour outside of Los Angeles! A 6 foot high hand stacked stone wall surrounds a lush yard and sprawling lawns. On a promontory sits a 100 year old farmhouse, a perfect backdrop for filming and events. There is an old fashioned front porch with Southern charm. Driving up the pebble covered driveway sits a 60x 25 foot wood barn with its corrugated roof. The barns’ interior is lined with reclaimed wood planks. There is a rustic built in bar and the space is great for filming or events. We have vintage sofas and cocktail furniture for guests. The property is studded with historic and massive oak trees and rose gardens . Edison lights are hung around property and chairs, tables, linens, and place settings are available for rent. Parking is available in the lot next door for up to 100 vehicles, and there is plenty of space for filming equipment and gatherings The hourly rental price quoted does not include restroom rentals, event insurance, parking in field next door, or special event furniture and dish rentals.
